Anastasiya Lisovskaya

Anastasiya Lisovskaya is a Corporate Counsel of Legal Risk & Compliance with responsibility for the legal processes around Burford’s reporting obligations and compliance with securities laws.
Prior to joining Burford, Ms. Lisovskaya was a Senior Corporate Associate at Paul, Weiss, where she guided domestic and foreign issuers on securities transactions and multinational public companies on corporate governance and securities compliance obligations. Ms. Lisovskaya began her career at White & Case, where she advised domestic and international companies on general corporate, transactional governance and compliance matters.
Ms. Lisovskaya earned her law degree from Yale Law School and her undergraduate degree from Yale University.
