Leslie Paster

Leslie Paster is UK Financial Controller with responsibility for the management of the UK Finance team and the preparation of the group’s overhead reporting and its subsidiaries’ annual and interim accounts. Mr. Paster is a chartered accountant who qualified with Ernst & Young.

Prior to joining Burford, Mr. Paster worked at the Medical Defence Union where he spent nearly 15 years as Finance Manager and then Financial Controller. While there he gained experience accounting for professional indemnity claims and misconduct charges against medical professionals.

Mr. Paster graduated with a BS in Economics & Accounting from the University of Bristol.
