Paul Mysliwiec
Managing Corporate Counsel
Paul Mysliwiec is Managing Corporate Counsel, with responsibility for Burford’s corporate legal initiatives.
Prior to joining Burford, Mr. Mysliwiec was a Corporate Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where he focused on the formation, management and operation of private equity and real estate funds. Mr. Mysliwiec began his career as a Tax Associate at Skadden, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and other corporate transactions.
Mr. Mysliwiec graduated from the University of Chicago School of Law and earned an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Illinois Wesleyan University.
