Burford commissioned independent research investigating the impact of macroeconomic trends on commercial litigation and what GCs expect from their law firm partners. The research was conducted through extensive one-on-one interviews with 66 GCs, heads of litigation and other senior in-house lawyers responsible for litigation in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.
