David Perla to speak at the 2023 District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference

David Perla, Co-Chief Operating Officer at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel “Litigation Finance – A Changing Landscape” during the 2023 District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference. The session will take place on September 21 at 1:45PM EST in Delaware.  

David will be joined by Chief Judge Connoly (US Courts), Paul Bondor (Desmarais LLP), Nevin Gewertz (Bartlit Beck) and Sarah Tsou (Omni Bridgeway). 

The District of Delaware Bench & Bar is one of the 94 federal judicial districts in the United States covering the entire state of Delaware and has its own federal courthouse located in Wilmington, Delaware. The district is known for handling a significant number of corporate and intellectual property cases due to Delaware's business-friendly legal environment and the presence of many major corporations and businesses in the state.
