Emily Slater to speak at 5th Circuit bench bar conference

Emily Slater, Managing Director at Burford Capital will speak on the “Third Party Litigation-Financing, Allocation of Risk, and the Effect on Mediation” during the 5th Circuit bench bar conference. This session will take place on March 8 at 10:05AM CST in Louisiana. 

Emily will be joined by The Hon. Christopher S. Sontchi (Sontchi, LLC) and Kara Bruce (University of Oklahoma College of Law).
