Quentin Pak to speak at IBA Symposium: A review of emerging themes in ADR

Quentin Pak, Director at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel “Developments in litigation” during the IBA Symposium: A review of emerging themes in ADR. The session will take place in Singapore on September 1 at 9:45AM SGT.  

This session will discuss developments in the practice of litigation, including: (i) the landscape of disputes involving new currencies; (ii) disputes that create a conflict between the creditor and the shareholder; and (iii) the funding of disputes. Quentin will be joined by Eleanor Hughes (Binance), Noppramart Thammateeradaycho (Tilleke & Gibbins) and Friven Yeoh (Sidley Austin).
