Prior to establishing her own practice in 2021, she was the Head of International Arbitration in Australia at Herbert Smith Freehills’ Sydney office and is the immediate past president of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and remains a member of its Executive. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is listed on the panels of numerous arbitral institutions. In this video she explains:
