Burford Director Quentin Pak sits down with internationally recognized arbitration practitioner Brenda Horrigan to discuss key arbitration trends in the region. Prior to establishing her own practice in 2021, she was the Head of International Arbitration in Australia at Herbert Smith Freehills’ Sydney office and is the immediate past president of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and remains a member of its Executive.
