David Perla, Co-Chief Operating Officer at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel “Litigation Finance – A Changing Landscape” during the 2023 District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference. The session will take place on September 21 at 1:45PM EST in Delaware.
