Christopher Bogart to speak at Fieldfisher panel

Christopher Bogart, Chief Executive Officer at Burford, will be speaking on the panel “Challenges in Funding Investment Treaty Arbitrations” hosted by Fieldfisher. The event will take place on 31 March.

The panel will discuss all aspects of funding investment treaty arbitrations, including the investigations required to prepare for bringing a case, what funders look for when considering which investment treaty arbitrations to fund and the challenges of assessing the merits and quantum at the pre-action stage.  The panel is two hours long followed by lunch and a networking opportunity. Christopher will be joined by Pelin Baysal (Baysal & Demir), Sebastian Neave (GPW), Tracey Weight (Fieldfisher) and Alexandra Underwood (Fieldfisher).
