The panel will discuss all aspects of funding investment treaty arbitrations, including the investigations required to prepare for bringing a case, what funders look for when considering which investment treaty arbitrations to fund and the challenges of assessing the merits and quantum at the pre-action stage. The panel is two hours long followed by lunch and a networking opportunity.
