Jonathan Molot to speak at George Washington University Law School

Jonathan Molot, Chief Investment Officer at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel, "Litigation Finance in Mass Torts, Bankruptcies, and Class Actions" at Resolving Mass Torts in Different Forums hosted by George Washington University Law School. The session will take place on April 27 at 3:15PM EST in James F. Humphreys Complex Litigation Center.

The panel will discuss the process by which litigation finance providers raise capital and decide which cases to finance, in what amounts and under what conditions. The panellists will also speak about how financial arrangements differ from traditional bank loans, home mortgages and retained capital. Jonathan will be joined by Patrick Luff (Luff Law Firm), John Beisner (Skadden), Maya Steinitz (University of Iowa) and Deborah Hensler (Stanford).

George Washington University Law School, established in 1865, is the oldest law school in Washington, DC.
