Joshua Harris to speak at 10th annual Patent Administrative Law Conference

Joshua Harris, Senior Vice President at Burford, will be speaking at the panel “Patent Litigation Financing, Ownership and Administrative Oversight” as part of the 10th Annual Patent Administrative Law Conference. The session is hosted by Unified Patents and will take place on April 20 at 2:30pm EDT.
The panel will address patent litigation financing in the US, funding structures, judgment variability and returns and the usage of litigation finance in various technology sectors. Joshua will be joined by Vishal Amin (Intel), Nicholas Kim (Microsoft) and Paul Taylor (House of Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice).
