Luca Weskott to speak at DIS40 Frankfurt

Luca Weskott, Vice President at Burford Capital, will be speaking at the "DIS40 Frankfurt: Interest in Arbitration – status quo and way forward?" virtual event hosted by DIS40. The session will take place on June 6 at 1:00pm CEST virtually.

The panel will discuss what the implications for interest claims in arbitrations such as,  default interest in commercial arbitration or pre-award interest in investment arbitration are. Luca will be joined by James C. Wong (Lexecon).

DIS40 regularly organises regional, national and international events. Membership is open to anyone under the age of 40 with an interest in arbitration.
