Michael Sweeney to speak at Asset Recovery CEE

Michael Sweeney, investigative researcher and asset recovery specialist at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel, "Enforcements against sovereign States" at Asset Recovery CEE. The session will take place on April 13 at 1:00PM CEST in Warsaw.

The panel will discuss asset tracing and evidence-gathering support in the context of enforcement proceedings as well as recovery efforts against sovereign states in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Mike will be joined by Paddy Beiner (Bearstone), Adelina Prokop (Clifford Chance) and Alina Streckyte (Omni Bridgeway).

Asset Recovery CEE is the inaugural Polish event for the dispute resolution and investigations sectors aimed at legal professionals, litigation funders, corporate investigations specialists and asset recovery experts.
