Quentin Pak to speak at the 9th International Arbitration & Corporate Crime Summit

Quentin Pak, Director at Burford, will be speaking on the panel “Litigation Funding: Risks, Benefits & Managing the 2022 Boom! Outlook For 2023” at the 9th Annual International Arbitration & Corporate Crime summit. The session will take place on 15 November at 12:00PM KST.

The panellists will review the changes and trends that have affected business during and after the pandemic with a close focus on the benefits and risks associated with litigation financing as well as the strategies for managing these in light of the 2022 boom. The discussion will conclude with an analysis on what to expect in 2023.
