Tom Evans to speak at London International Disputes Week

Tom Evans, member of Burford’s Asset Recovery team, will be speaking on the panel "Enforcement of Foreign Judgments and Awards before the English Courts" during London International Disputes Week hosted by McNair International LLC and Keidan Harrison LLP. The session will take place on May 17 at 2:00PM BST in The Parliament Chamber.

The panel will cover the statutory and common law frameworks applicable to the enforcement of foreign judgments and awards in the English courts, and the key issues of which legal representatives and funders must be aware. Tom will be joined by Khawar Qureshi KC (McNair International) and Luke Tucker Harrison (Keidan Harrison).

McNair International LLC was established in 2008 in the Qatar Financial Centre and was the first ever Barristers’ Chambers to be opened outside England and Wales. Keidan Harrison LLP is a boutique City of London law firm, established in May 2020 and specialising in dispute resolution and insolvency.
