Tom Evans, Asset Recovery at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel “Challenges to and Enforcement of Judgments and Arbitration Awards: the UAE and English Jurisdictions Compared” during Dubai Arbitration Week 2023. The session will take place on November 13 at 9:30AM GST in Dubai.
The panel will discuss key trend and developments from the English courts, the UAE framework for challenging and enforcing judgements and awards as well as what a funder really needs to see on a challenge or enforcement action.
