Quentin Pak to speak at GAR Live: Seoul

Quentin Pak, Director at Burford Capital will speak on the panel “'Ppalli-ppalli' vs Procedural Order No 1: how Korean arbitral procedure can differ from the international norm” during GAR Live: Seoul 2025, as part of Seoul ADR Festival. The session will take place on October 30 at 3:10pm KST in Seoul.
In this session, the panel will explain – and even role play - some of the ways in which Korean arbitral process can differ from that seen in more international settings. It will help to highlight some of the adaptations Korean lawyers and their international counterparts should make when they engage in a dispute with a strong local dimension.
Mr. Pak will be joined by Kevin Kim (Peter & Kim), Seung Wha Chang (KCAB International), Jern Fei Ng KC (Temple Chambers) and Celine Sojin Park (ESR Kendall Square).
